Valuation of a company

This theisis deals with the valuation of a selected company. The main instrument used for achieving the valuation is the income method of valuation. In the first part of the thesis is defined theoretical background that are needed for developing the practical part. The practial part of the thesis contains the characteristics of the selected company. For the purposes of valuation was performed strategic snalysis and were analyzed key financial indicators of valuated company. The part of the work is allso predicting the value of individual generators, financial plan and the achal valuation based on dicounted cash-flow and prfit method based on the capitalized net income. The aim is to determine the value of the company to selected date of valuation.

This master thesis deals with value estimation of company Jihomoravská plynárenská, a.s. using income-based valuation methods. The first part describes theoretical principles, fundametal approaches and business valuation methods. Afterwards strategic and financial analyses are performed. The proposal part includes value generators analysis and forecast, financial plan creation and business valuation by application of DCF method and capitalized past earnings method. In conclusion the estimation of value is stated to 1/1/2010.

The diploma thesis is focused on determining the objectified value of the ag-ricultural company AGRA Ždánice, a. s. The thesis is divided into two parts. First, the issue of business valuation is described in the theory. Second, the practical portion includes the characteristics of the valued company and its valuation according to the theoretical portion. The process of valuation contains the strategic and financial analysis, as well as the analysis and forecast of value drivers. On the basis of this information, the business value is estimated to 1 January 2013 using both the discounted cash flow method and the capitalized earnings method. The thesis concludes with recommendations in the area of business value.

The diploma thesis is focused on determining the business value of construction company Krespo, s.r.o. The goal of the submitted thesis is to determine objectified value of the company at 1. 1. 2013 for the purpose of owner's internal use. First part of the diploma thesis discusses theoretical literature. The practical part in-cludes the characteristic of the valued company and its valuation according to the theoretical literature. The process of valuation contains the strategic and financial analysis, and further analysis and forecast of generators of value. Based on this analysis Krespo, s.r.o. is appraised using discounted cash flow and capitalized earn-ings.

Evaluation of the company BONERA s.r.o.

The goal of this master thesis is to perform an evaluation of the company BONERA s.r.o. and examine the future of the company on the date of evaluation of January 1st, 2012. An evaluation will be made to find a subjective value for the owner of the evaluated company. The theoretical part of the thesis describes, in a logical sequence, the process and methods which are necessary and needed to determine the value of the company. All theoretical parts are based on specialized literature written mainly by professionals who work for the University of Economics, Prague. The practical part of the thesis applies a theoretical basis for the evaluation of BONERA s.r.o. First it analyzes the current value, and then it forecasts the value, which is necessary for a company evaluation. The owner of the evaluated company provides all documentation for the evaluation.
